Mr. Papadopoulos holds a PhD in Economics (BSc, PhD) from Bradford University in the United Kingdom. He has many years of experience as a financial advisor to public and private organizations on a variety of financial matters, in particular corporate finance, project financing and financial instrument utilization, business organization and reorganization, corporate governance as well as preparation and evaluation of investment plans and programs. He held senior management positions in various companies, while for more than two decades he held a Partner position in an international auditing and consulting firm, operating exclusively in the consulting department (Corporate and Project Finance).

At the same time, since 1997 he has been the Managing Director of the company “FCNC FINANCIAL ADVISORS”, which mainly provides Project Finance services, specializing in the design, development and utilization of financial instruments, as well as in the preparation of specialized economic and socio-economic studies.

He has been an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committees in large companies and groups.
