Change of Registered Office’s address of company “ELGEKA S.A.” and of its subsidiaries’ “ARISTA S.A.”, “VIOTROS S.A.” and “GSBG S.A.” since 01.03.2016

We inform the investing public and our shareholders that, today Wednesday, February 24, 2016, the Board of Directors of “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations -Industry” decided to change the address of its Registered Office, and particularly the Company’s relocation since March 1, 2016 from its current owned premises, situated in street Olympou 32, 570 09, Kalochori, Municipality of Delta, to new (leased) premises located in the industrial area of Sindos of the Municipality Delta, and particularly in D.A. 13, O.T. 31, B’ FASI, 570 22.
The above decision regarding the relocation of ELGEKA in the specific leased premises was taken in the context of fulfilling the operating needs of the Company and their subsidiaries.
The above premises are located in a building which comprises: a) from offices on the 1st floor of total area 1.303,87 m2 and b) from ground floor storage and warehouse offices of total surface 7.649,40 m2, and are built in the field of total area 40.150,00 m2. From these premises, our Company will use office space and support facilities to meet the administrative needs of its Registered Office of total area 455,63 m2, while the rest of the offices and the total storage space will be leased from the 01/03/2016 by subsidiary companies to cover their own administrative and storage needs.
As a consequence, from the same date, i.e. from March 1, 2016, will change the address of the Registered Office of the subsidiaries “ARISTA COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY”, “VIOTROS – FOOD INDUSTRY – MANUFACTURING AND MILK PROCESSING – WAREHOUSING – INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.” and “GLOBAL SYNERGY BUYING GROUP S.A. TRADE – DISTRIBUTIONS – REPRESENTATIONS” as after taking the relevant decisions of their appropriate bodies will be transferred to the above premises, leasing office space and warehouse spaces.Full details of the new address of its Registered Office of our Company as well as of the Registered Office of the above subsidiaries since 01/03/2016 will be:
