Press release regarding the Issue of Tax Certificate of Greek companies of ELGEKA Group for the fiscal year 2016

The company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry”, according to the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, par.4.1.3.1 and Law 3340/2005 (article 10, par. 1), informs the investing public that the special tax audit of the Company and its Greek subsidiaries for the fiscal year 2016 has been concluded by the Certified Auditors according to law 4174/2013 article 65A par.1, as in force, and to Circ. No. 1124/2015 decision of the Minister of Finance, and the relevant Tax Certificates with unqualified conclusion have been issued.
