Ms. Karagianni studied Economics at the Higher Industrial School of Thessaloniki. She is an experienced banking professional with expertise in large corporate banking, credit risk management and monitoring as well as in business transformations and restructuring.

Having held managerial positions at various Greek banks (“Ergasias Bank”, “Central Bank of Greece”, “Bank of Macedonia-Thrace”, “EFG Eurobank-Ergasias, “Geniki Bank”) and senior consultant roles in many companies, she has experience and knowledge in the area of financial statement’s reviews and the understanding of the widely applied accounting principles and audit reporting.

She has been an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committees in large companies and groups.
